After paying, Baldwin got married to Alec Baldwin and moved to Mallorca in 2011. Mrs. Baldwin’s father, David L. Thomas, Jr, and her mother, Kathryn Hayward, are the founders of the Integrative Health organization. They later moved to Spain and settled in Mallorca.
Baldwin’s grandfather exposed all his children and grandchildren to their culture, encouraging them to speak Spanish.

Dr. Kathryn Hayward was raised in Massachusetts and practiced medicine. She worked as an Associate Physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and an Assistant Professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School before retiring after 20 years of service in 2012.
She then moved to Spain to continue working in the private integrative health industry. Kathryn was the Managing Director and co-founder of the International Integrators. In 2013, she Publisher her first book, Odyssey Family Systems Companion Guide, which is in both Spanish and English.

David L. Thomas Jr was an attorney with an undergraduate degree in Spanish Literature from Haverford College. If this wasn’t impressive enough, David also had a law degree from Georgetown University.
Currently, he is listed as the co-founder of International integrators. Other than that, David also founded the Property of Finance Department for Peabody and brown in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Washington D.C, and Rhode Island.
Lastly, we learned that David was also the founder and selected CEO of CityState construction LLC. The company offered loan management and construction services to clients in Boston for at least 18 years. He currently lives in Mallorca, along an island in Spain.
